Obviously, your clan needs to be successful to be able to survive. Generally the more experienced players are better at what they are doing, and the less experienced people are probably likely to make things worse. You have to be really mean to make your clan successful. Kick out those players who seem to be a problem to you, and keep the ones that give you the results. This way you are constantly refining your clan and ensuring that is successful. It is a key method in attracting people to your clan.

Size of the clan:

Make sure you have the right size for an activity that you are doing. For example ten people on 1 clan is likely to be helpful for greater object. However for clan wars 20 is probably a better number.
