RunesScape: Best Training for Members

If you become a member I am guessing you played Runescape before and are a higher level than level 3.  So if you are level 20 or up, Rock Crabs would be the best training all of the way till level 60-80.  My friend got all of the way to 99 on rock crabs, but he was a 1 defence pure. Rock crabs are good to train on for 1 defence pures because they rarely hit you and they have high hitpoints, so you can get more xp. T

hey are aggressive so that is another advantage. Another good way of training is Pest Control because you can fight and die in their but you will not lose anything.  You get good xp from points and just from attacking monsters.  To win a game you need to kill all of the portals before the void knight dies and hit 50 total damage.  Soul wars is very alike to pest control and is another good way for xp.  For ranging I suggest getting full void and ranging either fire giants or black dragons, my two favorites to kill.  Rune crossbow with broad bolts would be my suggestion.  You need 55 Slayer for broad bolts but they hit awesome and they are cheap.  Another good place to range is the God Wars Dungeon(GWD).  Over here you can kill avansies with ranging but you might want to look at a guide to see what you or doing or you can possibly die.
