i have a account and have been playing runescape daily for aboute 3 weeks now, and i have been making a lot of money, but wen i logged in the last time, all my money, armor and wepons was gone. i thought i just put it in the bank, but it was not there! and jagex will not do enything with it. i am a member and paying for it, and have enterd my creditcard info, som i am a little bit nervus and frustrated.

i think it is poor service from jagex, as well that i have paid for it.
