Skipping The Limit

Ok, so I haven’t played runescape in a while and I just logged in to my account for helping my brother with who just died while PKing and lost his Saradomin armour and so he needed something like 200k to buy new rune armour.

Now I don’t play runescape anymore and thought why not give him 200k from my 33m, anyways I rarely play and what am I going to do with all that money.

But what do I find when I log in, TRADE LIMIT!!!

So I got around to finding a way past it.

I tried wilderness, but wait that’s gone too. Now you can only kill players in the PvP worlds, and that’s too risky to transfer money. Who knows some 126 level player might just PK us both and take off with our 200k.

And after several trial and errors I finally hit the perfect solution. Now some of you may already know this, but for those who don’t here’s how you do it.

1. The receiver of the cash must go to Port Sarim with at least 54 coins.  The giver goes with him to the Port Sarim magic shop with the amount of money to be transferred.
2. The receiver buys 27 of either hats (any colour).
3. The receiver then trades the 27 items to the account with the cash for GE price
4. The account with the cash then sells the items back to the shop.
5. Jagex has put a limit on how often you can buy the same item, so change between the two hats for each transfer to ensure maximum speed.
6. When you have gone through the cycle wait approximately 30 sec. and you will be able to buy the item you started with again.

Repeat step 2-6 over and over again until the desired amount of cash has been transferred.

Ok, so you might lose some money in the process, approximately 10% of the amount to be transferred. But its an acceptable loss compared to there being no other way to transfer money other than PvP worlds.

Hope you players find this useful, and for those who already know this, please don’t be mean and comment things like I have stolen your idea. Anyone could have thought of this and for those who didn’t, well you have my article now don’t you.

Note: This guide is mainly for free players, it would work for members also but who knows they might have a better technique to transfer money.
