Str Pure Guide in Runescape P2p
Tips and quests to make you a master.
STR PURES on P2p worlds By: I try to help, a.k.a. Andrew
1st off DO NOT get 3 atk and str in T. Island. (Waste of time…)
2nd Be sure you can afford all the scimmies(include Dragon Dagger)
3rd Be able to afford items (include items for monkey madness and its pre quests, and Horror from the Deep)

- Time for Quests
- Time to finish training for good
- How to make $Cash$
- Credits
Grab your Iron Scimmy and head to chickens or cows (for cows may need to take some food). Train on them until about 5 Atk & 5 Str. Then head to monk for further training.
No food needed for the simple fact they will heal you. Train there until 20 Atk & 20 Str.
NOTE: Get Atk 1st so you can use better scimmies.
Sounds fun doesn’t it? Equip Iron Amour Set(Helm, Body, or Chain, & Legs) Mith Scimmy. *Also include scimmies to rune, and food that heals about 6+. Now time for the training. Head to Seers bank. Now head north to Relekka. Yes it’s rock crab time. You can train on these things until 45 str & atk or if you want 50 atk & str. Now time for Quest 1! Horror from the Deep. Must have 35 Agility. If you don’t want to do this quest that is fine. After that keep on at crabs until 60 atk and str.
The name says it all. Time for Lost City don’t freak out this is a cake walk. Only drawback is you need 31 crafting and 36 woodcutting. After that do the “pure’s fav quest Monkey Madness”.
Go to Experiments or Rock Crabs until 75-85 Atk & Str. If you want to you can kill lesser demons. Good drops. Now you should have a pretty good idea were to train.
Note: For next part of guide good stats would be:
Atk Str Hp
90 95 99
80 85 90
Or somewhere in between.
Pking is always I great choice, but this isn’t your only one. Other things include Dueling Arena, killing dragons, and demons (etc)

i got my str frome 50 to 80 by killing giant spiders at the strong hold wear you get the color full shose so you go down to the green one. theis crabs have 0 def and only hit up to 7 and their level is 50 they got 50 hp i plan on doing this till 99 str and 99 attac

do monkey maddness and pre quests at 59attack if u do it at 60 attack ull end up with 61 at the end

STR pure sux i have one and i get pwned by every other build in the game with 40att you barely touch anyone and that 60 str is useless if you keep getting 0’s

Tree Gnome Stronghold
And of course these pures fail without magic and ranged, so add
Temple Of Ikov
Ernest the Chicken
Priest in Peril
Restless Ghost
Animal Magnitism
Digsite
Desert Treasure
Then add up all requirements for all these quests, how to get them, and real training methods that you didn’t take 10 seconds to write, and you may have the start of a guide that doesn’t suck as much as this.
