The Pros and Cons of RuneScape

Here’s the pros and cons of RuneScape.
Pros
- It’s the largest MMORPG known! It was even in the Guinness Book of World Records in 2008 (or was it 2007? sorry, but I’m not completely sure)!
- Runescape is so massive that it would take years to explore everything and finish all those quests and max all those skills to 99, so there’s always something to do!
- You can multi-task! For example, when you’re Farming, you can train Melee while you wait, or you can train Fletching while you play mini-games(that’s what I did when i was playing Pest Control).
- When reach level 99 in each skill, you will be able to get an awesome Cape of Achievement, which would be something you’re setting as a goal.
- Runescape is updated about once every week! So there’s always something new you can try out.
Cons
- Jagex, the makes of Runescape, sometimes make stupid updates to decrease the fun of the game, even though it’s probably for a greater cause. The two worst updates ever was probably the removal of the wilderness (although now you can use pvp worlds) and the trade limit rules.
- Because of the recent updates, noobs these days are cockier than ever, and it pisses off all of the ”elder” players who have more experience.
- The membership costs around $6 CAD/month so some people cant afford it every month.
- Runescape is somewhat addictive, so after playing, you just cant seem to stop, cause there’s always something to do and you’re constantly setting new goals.
- Another con of Runescape is that their censoring is to strong, you got to be at least 13 to play(without being restricted to quick-chat) but the censoring is like PG6.
