1-25
Cut normal logs near a bank and bank when you have full inventory. They sell for 20-40GP each. you can also use for firemaking
25-40
Chop oak logs and bank them at a bank these sell for 25-37GP. Also you can use for firemaking.
40-75
Willows, chop them near draynor village. I suggest you use these for firemaking, as they sell slow on the grand exchange.
75-85
you can still cut willow to level 85 woodcutting if you want fast exp.
85-99
You can chop Yews near Draynor, by where you start lost city quest, or by the jail house. Bank the yews they sell for 300-450GP.
75-99
You can chop yews from here to level 99. This route you can make a lot of money.
75-99
You can chop willows if you don’t want the money, but just the experience, and levels.
