Low Levels

Do all the quests then there are many good places to train of which the best i will show u:

1. go to the champions guild its near varrock i think and buy 2h swords of the best metal u can use 2hs hit the hardest and most accurate also buy addy stuff from the shop right upstairs so if u die u can buy it right back again tho probably u wont die so anyways find the chickens in the garden and kill them they have no def and never hit u pick up everything they dorp feathers bones and raw chix they sell for lots of money bank in ge or somewhere in varrock when u have full invent its good money
2. when ur strong enough kill imps around ge and fally watch out they can tele and piss u off use silverlight it hits harder on demons like them they drop beads and other crap beads sell for hella money on ge
3. kill muggers at port sarim for 30 gp then go to karamja volcano and kill lesser demons use silverlight its way better against demons like them u can hit really hard. dont go thru the dragon slaya way theres a big dragon called elvarg he hits like 35s on u if u dont bring anti drag shield and i dont think u bring that to demons u want rune kite also theres lvl 45 skeletons in that area they hit hard

High Levels

anyways now that ur like 70 str atk and def here are some ideas to

1. get a friend and kill the monsters in the tzhaar fight caves then attack tz-tok-jad he has 255 hp that is a massive 1020 xp ea time u kill him u will level up to 80 str in no time
2. even better find those caves in the wilderness then ask a lvl 50 to come with u and together pile the corporal beast cuz if 2 people pilin something always kills it just look at bwuk im pbs pk vids he has a huge team and no one survives him so back to the corp beast kill him he has a WHOPPIN 2000 HP THATS A MASSIVE 8000 DAM XP EA KILL u will get to 95 str atk and def after just a FEW KILLS and u will make like 243 MILLION COINZ after ea sigil he drops dont u think this owns might wanna make one of those spirit shields and put it on i herd it rephelx some dmg from stuff awesome huh
3. mith dargons are hella pro they have hella hp too (more than tztokjad) and dont 1hit u each time so go try them dont forget ur dfs that u bought after making 2147483647 gp from corp beast dude anyways they drop mith bars u can pick them up and smith them into mith armor and weapons maybe sell that mith long for 10k to a desperate noob in lumby
4. bring a sapphire lantern then to lumby swamp caves go down till u see a tunnel climb thru then use latern on light kreaturz tell them to go down to like the outer core of earth and somehow lucien did this spell that shields u from the heat then find his tormentd demons and kill them dont use darklight its much slower and weaker than ur whip or gs so anyways go and kill them they dorp dargon paltebodys and claws each sells for 10m and 38m respectively so yeah gl with good money
