This is Why You Shouldnt Buy RuneScape Gold with Real Money

I think everyone here has atleast once seen a guy walking with the most beautifull and strong armor there is. Unfortunately this always comes with a cost: hard work and dedication. If you are new to the game the roud to get there seems endlessly long and hard. So the easy answer? Bots and buying gold. But this is not the answer!

Lets first talk about bots. A bot is a program which automatically does something. For example kill cows and sell the hides found  or train certain skills. Sounds fantastic doesn’t it? Just do some research for yourself and see all the possibilities with bots! The problem? The bot is easily spotted. Most bots don’t answer any questions asked which is strange. And they work on a pattern. Kill cows- sell hides- kill cows- sell hides and so one. And they will continue to do this forever if the owner doesn’t stop the bot or logs off. I said earlier most bots don’t respond and that’s the truth but some bots are advanced and even talk back! Don’t worry though the answers are really simple and easy to see through. What todo when you see someone botting? Report! So if you wanna bot, watch this post and get the idea out of you head! It’s unfair and your account has the risk to be banned! I know someone who botted and some of his skills were downgraded.

Lets talk about buying gold. This is illegal and you can also read the rule in Runescape guidelines. There are lots of sites selling gold for Runescape but let me tell you this. Most of them are fake just wanting to get money of you. And afterwards you can’t go to the police since what you were doing was also illegal. No never buy gold via the Internet. It’s unsafe. Where I live sometimes people sell Runescape money for real money and some people buy it. This would happen in public libraries. But even this can be unsafe since they would take the money and leave you without fake and real money! Only do this with your friends if you want to do it.(This is the safest way but you really shouldn’t do it. Its unfair and lame! And btw real friends would give you the RS money for free if they wanted to get rid of it!) So don’t buy gold with real money! It’s unfair, unsafe and illegal!

Now I want you to tell about countering scammers(in-game). Personally I love to see some scammers and talk to them. It’s quite obviously to catch a scammers. If they something like this: Give me you pass and I’ll train it for free! This is obviously a scammer who wants your account to sell or play with it. The best thing to do is to report them and ignore them. But for the people who aren’t afraid or want to have some fun. Just troll them. Ask as much details you can and show your really interested. Say you want to give him your pass but first he has to prove this is legit so he has to give you some money. If he actually gives you the money, report and ignore him. Then buy the armor you wanted to buy from the beginning! Have fun playing Runescape and remember to always report scammers and such and don’t do anything illegal just to quicken your progress. Believe me if you worked hard fot the money the reward is much higher!
