To Play, or Not to Play?

Most people know RuneScape, the game writtenin java by JaGeX. Some love it, some hate it. But why?

Pros

• RuneScape offers many areas, skills, and diversity in monsters. Below is the TzTok-Jad, one of the strongest monsters in RuneScape.
• The game boasts an easy to use point-and-click interface
• The game is updated often, usually every week or two weeks.
•  It has a balanced system of combat
• RuneScape offers a free version.
• RWT is practically non-existent.
• Servers in many major countries.

Cons

• It lacks a main story line.
• The community can be messy and rude at times. For example, on the official forums, there is much flaming and spamming.
• The game is known for it subpar graphics.
• The economy often undergoes massive inflations and deflations in prices.
• The game can become repetitive over time. For example, many players become bored after hours of pointing and clicking.

You decide whether to play or not. Personally, I enjoy playing RuneScape despite its flaws and problems.
