Description : Prior to the restoration of Free Trade on February 1, the price of this item used to be around 500 million. The price quickly rocketed even during the first week of the restoration and after about 2 months, the price is now steady at 200% higher from the old price.

For a clarification, there’s only an ornamental Dragon Platebody which looks gilded but not classified as gilded in the item name. It’s made by putting an ornamental dragon platebody kit on a regular dragon platebody. That item currently cost 10.9 million only.
If you know it from rumor or read it from RuneScape fan fiction, I have to say that this item doesn’t exists (yet) and solely made to cause sensation or for a fan-made armor.

dude ik why basicly blue started as least rare and it was \”pink\”
that was most rare then (this was near 317 version of runescape)
everyone duped the other ones sence blue was least duped cause of its price then when they fixed duping blue was most valuable
red had a 25% chance of being gotten
purple 25% chance
blue 25% chance
grren 25% chance
note: it was NOT the rarest from a cracker it was the most known of party hat and said to be easiest to get till the others got duped no duper thought of duping the least werth party hat that would give less money that is how a blue p hat became the rarest item in the game not the other reasons you got off the top of your head and if you wanna find most expencive item go one runescape grand exchange type in this stuff or ask someone whos been playing LONGER than 2009
I never said the Blue party hat is the rarest and I believe that every party hat have exactly same chance from cracker as the others.

listen up blue party hat used to be the cheapest til some hackers duplicated partyhats and so all party hats went in reverse order so instead of purple being the most expensive blue is now and i went from most expensive to least exapensive . and blue part hat is now 1.1B

Haha, that’s true. For a real-time update, go check the items in Grand Exchange. This article only update occasionally and won’t synchronizes too much to the real price.
