Dude, there is no such thing as a “free” Runescape membership. Plus if they were giving it away they would send you the pin by email you submitted when you registered for the forums. And, a paypal email is only for when you purcahse online items or transfer money. Submitting yyour Paypal email to a unknown site makes it much easier for a hacker to get your paypal information. Like Email (to spam you with S***), credit card, Name, address and even take all your money off of oyur paypal account. If this was coming directly from JAgex then t wouldnt be a problem but not to this site. I have never even heard of it.
Yeah this is bull crap. Why would they ask for your paypal and not just give a code from a card you get at 7/11??
