Woodcutting Guide

Make sure to always get the best woodcutting axe that you can use, if you can afford it.

Levels 1-35

You should woodcut normal trees in the forest west of the Lumbridge Castle untill you are level 25. At level 25, you should cut oaks fast even to get decent xp. Continue with oaks until u get to lvl 35.

Levels 36-60

You should now cut willows at this level. There are many willow spots, and the best is the one near Draynor Bank, except that there are usually many people there. Another good spot if you want to firemake the logs is the spot in East Port Sarim, west of the location mentioned above.

Levels 60+

Even though you can now cut yews, they take too long to cut, so stick with willows.However, if you are after cash, then go ahead and cut yews. I recommend to cut yews at around lvl 70 to get the most cash out of it, since yews are slow before lvl 7o. If you are after xp, then powercut willows all the way to lvl 99. Willows always give the best xp.
