Top Five Oblivion Quests

Out of the many quests in Oblivion here are my personal favourites.

  1. Whodunit

This quest is like one of those detective books where guests at a dinner party get killed, but this time you’re doing the killing! You can choose to go for a straight out slaughter fest, killing everyone or you can pick off the other guests one at a time leaving the rest scared and confused, and if you’re feeling really mean blame one of the other guests for the murders and watch as everyone kills them!

  2. Through a Nightmare, Darkly

This ones a little like and old game show called the crystal maze. To save a magician from his nightmare you must enter his dreams and complete a series of challenges to regain his sanity. These include navigating through traps and swimming through flooded caverns.

  3. A Brush With Death

A master artist has disappeared and its up to you to find him. Turns out he has been sucked inside one of his paintings and naturally only you can go in and get him out. The only way to do that, however is to find his magic paintbrush, which unfortunately is being guarded by some trolls he so cleverly painted.

  4. Nocturnals Shrine

Not the most fun quest but the reward is great. The skeleton key, an unbreakable lock pick which gives you a +40 boost in your security stat as long as you have it in your inventory. Now you never need to worry about finding those flimsy lock picks ever again!

  5. An Unexpected Voyage

So you settle down for the night in a boat/inn and wake up suddenly to realize that its been taken over by pirates and set out to sea. Take them all down so you can get your well deserved rest.
