Playstation Move Hurt My Left Butt-cheek!

So the PlayStation Move is out and hundreds, probably more like thousands, are getting hurt playing it, including me. Not too serious of injuries, but they are something worth to mention. You really need to treat PlayStation Move like you would an exercise, or you will wind up a little sore.

First of all, if you own a PS3, I would highly recommend getting the PlayStation Move for it; it is awesome! Second, do not underestimate how much of an exercise it can be! You should warm up before using it, or you will wind up with a sore shoulder, arm, back, or leg; and you may even wind up with a small injury such as a pulled muscle(some people have even reported getting torn muscles, which would just plain suck).

Myself, I went a little hard the first time I played the gladiator game(probably my favorite thing to play now) Sports Champions. I didn’t have a second controller, so I had to do twice the work with my same arm, and it wound up strained from my barbaric swinging.

But, what is worse is my other injury: In the game you are able to do a jumping attack-now you don’t have to actually jump to do it; it says to just raise the remote; but, I like to get into it all hardcore and whatnot, so I actually did jump-This is what caused me to pull a muscle on the left side of my buttocks. Now, I am walking around with a funny limp, having to explain to people what had happened…

So, if you do plan on getting and using the PlayStation Move, I would highly advise you to warm up before using it!Do a bunch of those annoying stretches you had to do before you could play dodge-ball in gym class.  Lest you turn out like me.And, getting an injury from playing a video game just sounds pathetic….
