My opinion on the MMO RPG FlyFF( Fly for fun)

FlyFF is one of the best games i have come across. It is advanced in its graphics and is definitely an addictive game. I found this off a friend of mine who is usually picky about what game he chooses so i was quite interested. I dont regret it at all.

Gameplay

The gameplay itself is great. Although it is a bit intimidating to start off with, you get the hang of it really quickly and everyone is really helpful, its a great community. The interface is really easy to use and there are lots of helpful tips throughout.

There are 4 classes. At the start until level 15 you are a vagrant, vagrants are the starter class. When you reach level 15 you can choose between an acrobat, assist ( healer and buffer ), mercenary or mage. Each class is very unique and has alot of different armours and weapons throughtout the levels.

But the thing i found most exciting was flying. When you reach level 20 you get the ability to fly using either a broom or a board, its not hard and theres no strings attached.

Pro’s

  • Many quests
  • You can fly
  • Lots of variety
  • Easy to get the hang of
  • Great PvP interface
  • Free to play
  • Dueling arena
  • A PvP server
  • Guards in PvP server so you cant get PKed in towns
  • Well over a million English players

Con’s

  • Need a good internet connection
  • Strange sounds and graphics
  • If your group killing one person could steal all the loot
  • Some cash shop items should be available generally
  • Lots of updates / patches to get through after download ( Over 2000 ! )
  • It lags every so often

Overall

The game has a good feel to it and a good story, but in a way gives off a feeling of a weird sense of humour. The environment is a little strange with 100 metre high cogs ( yes those things in clocks ) popping up everwhere … but I could play this game all day! I highly recommend it to anyone reading this.

    I have yet to see a game that is better than Flyff (and is free).

    Flff is a pretty good game
    exept that i don’t like the grapfics
    that much…

    Yah flyff is 600MB but the client Downlods around 1 – 2 gigs of patches once the 600meg download is finished

    And I love the fact that you can work together which actually most games don’t have! So you get to make friends quickly

    this game is cool because you can fly and when you fly u can eat poo and u cant realy but u know what i give this game 10 because its so good the best game i ever played

    Some cash shop items should be available generally – All ya have to do is shout

    It lags every so often – What game doesn’t?

    hellow guys… ahmm… how can i fly in flyff? im lvl 20 and i dont know how to fly… pls help me… i heard of lvl 8 board or broom but i want it forever… ^^, i have searched to the forums and i scarcely find a topic precise enough… help pls… you’ll be credited for this thanks in advance…

    you need to buy the board :)
    you can buy it at flarine central, saintmorning and darkon (central) (you will se a woman and it will write (station) you buy the board and double click it :) u press space and away you go :D
    if u want to stop just press space again. To drive you can use the
    “w, a ,s ,d” keys or the left mouse button(hold it and move your mouse) :)
    well thats all i guess :)

    it is the best game in the world. when i first thout about flyff
    i thout it would be dumb but it is awsome!
