Publisher Guild Wars Two Chinese Servers Revealed

Starting from the rumors that saying a publishing company from China has been talks with NCSoft and domain name of the Guild Wars 2 has been registered, now has become clear that Guild Wars 2 will be available in China. NCSoft has confirmed that their new MMORPG soon will be published in China with native Chinese online gaming company Kongzhong as Guild Wars 2 service providers in China.

It is not yet clear when Guild Wars 2 will be released or Chinese server business model that will be used. But Guild Wars 2 is expected Chinese server will be released end of 2013. As for the business model to be used is likely to use the same business model that exists today, buy to play (B2P).

Kongzhong itself known in China as the holder of license from Wargaming.net owned games in China. Kongzhong also recently licensed the mecha themed MMO shooter, Hawken and browser-based shooter game Combat Offensive.
