Relaxing When You Lose in a Game
This is for people who might flip out and get mad when they lose a game.
When I’m playing like Warcraft 3 or something and i start losing i just like do funny things like make mass towers to piss off my enemies so try to do something funny and make humor of the situation
also maybe try playing another game when implaying EQ2 and i die a lot i just sigh to let out my stress and then play like guild wars or something
If youre having trouble dont stress out WIN say youre playing like resident evil or something get a walkthrough, being able to do what you were failing at before will raise your self confidence and self esteem
Sometimes its best to just stop playing, dont scream or anything just chill out, relax, play another game, pig out on junk food (unless youre like obese or have diabetes or something), listen to music, and calmly chat with friends.
I find one of the most stressful game genres is a shooter so i avoid them and usually when im continuously like dieing or soemthing i just like start jumping off cliffs and being weird and finding humor and then stopping the game and playing another game. I pwn at Guild Wars so that’s usually my stress reliever, even in real life situations
