How to Make a MMORPG Very Easily

Here’s the big picture about Massive multiplayer games.

Lets Say you wanted to make your own , because you lost your membership on Runescape, there were no good games to play , or just because you felt like it.

I’m not going to show you how to make an awesome,successful  mmorpg  in 5 minutes or an hour and get many people on it. You want to make one super easily?

Well you can’t. I’ve seen so many people post questions on Yahoo or some site asking how I can make a mmorpg thats 3d with awesome graphics or how to make one easy and start advertising. Mmorpgs are at the top of the gaming industry and aren’t as easy as you think they are to make. To make a good mmorpg you need a lot of time and imagination.

At first your going to think that you will be able to do this. Then your going to come across something while your making a mmorpg. A Wall, or an obstacle. This wall is the only thing that’s stopping you from creating a successful mmorpg. Sooner or later you will get bored and quit working on your project.

You will never achieve making a 3d mmorpg.

NO!

It just hasn’t happened yet. Its not that you will never do it, its your goal.

You will never break the wall that’s stopping you.

NO!

It will take hard work and perseverance though.

So many people want to make a successful  game, but they don’t know where to start.

Make something simple and don’t just start with mmorpgs.

try making a simple flash game using something like Game Maker and build up from that. You can start up with something like an arcade game or scrolling shooter with one level.

then add more levels to your game. Keep adding and modifying that small little game until you think that’s its perfect. Then start learning how to program and advance your knowledge. From there your simple scrolling shooter game can be changed into 3d and become multiplayer. Or you could start a new project altogether now that you know more.

You will achieve your goal someday, with lots of time and effort.
