How to Make Videos Games

So you would like to make a video game? Do you want to know how?

Well.. It’s a very simple process. RPG MAKER VX! It’s a very good program to use. It’s simple. easy to use, and fun! But,youneedto know what your game is about.

So you need to make an outline. An outline is something to help you organize your thoughts. Here is a sample outline that I made.

1. (Title) John’s trip to Asia.(It’s just an example..)

2.(Characters) John

                        Brett

                        Trisha

3.(Story) John, Brett, and Trisha were world travelers. But they needed to make money to go to asia for they’re last trip because, John was about to die. So they went around and helped people to get money. They need to raise $20,000 to go. Can they make it?

4.(Ending) John, Brett and, Trisha make it to asia and all is well. John dies 4 days after they get home.

As you can see my outline looks pretty good. Next you need to download the program. It’s called Rpg maker VX. It’s very simple.

Once it is done open it up. Install it. And make your maps, using the tiles to the left of the screen.

After you have finished making all of your maps, your going to want to go into your database, and make your characters sprites, names, items etc.
