Thats right ya’ll! Feral Interactive (Mac Gaming Website) has just announced that it will finally be making a significant addition to their small collection of high quality games. At first everyone wanted to see any Total War game… So they made Rome: Total War compatible with the Mac. It runs perfectly! Now personally I have always been a big fan of the Total War series but by far my favourite is Empire: Total War. The problem is that my family converted to Macintosh computers back when Rome was still the best strategy game out there so when I saw this I was overjoyed.

Now my waiting is finally over!
Today I decided to check Feral Interactive to check if anyone was new and cool being that the Apple app store does not always have the best games. To my surprise I saw Empire: Total War on the homepage and my jaw dropped. My life was completed in that instance. Now the official date is not published yet but it is labelled ‘Soon’. Now I hope that means within 2 months but i’m betting it can be anywhere from 2 months to 8 months. But the wait is worth it! This is one of the best games to ever hit the market and many people still play it.
Total War?
Well if you are either not into computer gaming or you never play good strategy games then it is understandable that you have never heard of the Total War series. Basically the series consists of: (I have included a video for each, feel free to watch as it will help you understand what the game is like)

Q: How much will the game cost?
A: Well Rome is currently $30 on their website and being that its a new game I would say $30 and maybe $40 max for preorders.
Q: Will multiplayer work?
A: Yes! For Mac we have gameranger that allows for all mac gamers to play online against one another!
Q: How much different will it be from the PC version?
A: If anything better… No jokes. Feral interactive is going to put some hard work into making this game and they will also make some great improvements to the quality/graphics.
Q: Why should I buy it?
A: Showing companies that Mac gamers are truly interested in the Mac versions of a game(s) is going to lead to more and more companies making them Mac Compatible. Especially the Total War series. They have already had success selling Rome Total War to mac users and that may have been the reason they decided to do the Empire Total War.
Q: Where can I purchase it when it comes out?
A: Most likely Feral Interactive will be the main seller of the version but I would not be surprised if apple got in on this and threw it up on the App Store.
