Atlantica Online Guild Guide
A Guide to starting a Guild since I couldn’t find this for the life of me.
To start a Guild…
*You must be level 20 or higher and have at least 50,000 gold.
*Go to a Town > Town Tab > Guild Office to get your Guild set up.
*Make sure to deposit some funds into the Guild Funds.
*Guild Office > Options > Contribute > Deposit 10,000 or more gold
Now that you have your Guild started you’ll want players to join it. You can place a Guild Ad for 1,000 gold by going to the Guild Office > Manage Guild > Guild Ad, and inserting a brief ad about your Guild. You can also put up an ad in the Forum at the top of the screen. Double click on the bar with the player advertisements (or Community Tab > Forum) and then create a ‘post’, much like your Guild Ad.
You can also type messages to your peers about your Guild and that your Guild is recruiting. If you go to Community Tab > Beginners you can find a list of the level 1 to level 29 players in which you can Whisper to invite them to your Guild. Note that many of them are likely to already be in a Guild. Using the Community Icon (to your right) you can click the little Peers Tab to create a list of all the players near your level, in which you can also Whisper to.
Guild Quests
Questing is ideally the best place to start for a new Guild. Guild Questing can be done by any member of the Guild and is a solo task, so the whole Guild isn’t needed to accomplish this. In the Market you can buy Manager Scrolls. If you’re level 20-29 you’ll need to purchase a few of the Manager Scroll [Beg] (lowest level of them). They’re super cheap, so you shouldn’t have an issue. Go to Town Tab > Guild Office > Options > Guild Quest > Yes. You’ll be given a random quest geared towards your level. You’ll earn a certain amount of experience and Guild Points. You’ll really want the Guild Points. Go kill the required mobs or complete the task the quest gives you. Once you’ve met the requirements the Quest will auto-complete, meaning you don’t have to turn it in anywhere. Let your Guild members know how to Guild Quest and direct them to the right kind of Scroll they need. If they are level 30-60 they will need the Manager’s Scroll [Int].
Training Center
To attempt the Training Center (in any town) you’ll need at least 3 Guild Members willing to help. The Training Center is multiple rounds of fighting ten mobs of monsters in five minutes. Your time resets after you clean out the entire group of enemy mobs. First round are Deer, which are very easy to kill. The first few rounds are insanely easy, but you’ll need a few Guild members to be able to get all ten killed before five minutes is over.
All the Guild Members participating need to be in a Town. It doesn’t matter if you’re all in different Towns. Go to Town Tab > Training Center > Move to Field > Move. Any Guild Member can try the Training Center, the Guild Leader is not required. You’ll be teleported to a room with the ten mobs of monsters. A timer on your screen will tell you how long you have to battle. When the time runs out you’ll be put back in the Town. The Guild will be rewarded X amount of Guild Points depending on how many rounds they got through.
Guild Crafting
Guild Crafting gives you Guild Points and can be done at any level. Decide what you want to craft and gather the materials you’ll need. For our purposes we’ll say you’re crafting a Spirit Sword. Go to a Town > Town Tab > Guild Office > Manage Guild > Guild Crafting > select Spirit Sword and the quanity > Start Crafting > Click the Auto Button until all required materials have appeared > Start > Go kill stuff to pay off workload. If anyone in your Guild defeats mobs the workload will increase (which is a good thing). When the Spirit Swords have been crafted they can be found in the Guild Crafting section and can be obtained by clicking the Delete button.
Guild Notice
When you click on the Community Icon (to the right) > Guild Tab you’ll see there is a blank space above the Invite Button. Here you are able to put a short message for your Guild Members to see. Go to a Town > Town Tab > Guild Office > Manage Guild > Guild Notice/Message and insert a brief notice.
You can use Guild Points to bid on a Town. However, you need 1,000 Guild Points for a minimum bid on any town. You’ll want to save up a lot of Guild Points so you can outbid other Guilds that want the same Town. Remember to be courteous and careful when bidding. Guild Points are precious.
