World of Warcraft Classes Explained

Druids

Druids are a natural character within the WOW universe and are seen to be a fairly platonic class. They have tons of abilities such as:

d.      Commanding nature’s wrath

g.      Entangling enemies with vines

Hunters

Hunters are exactly as the title suggests, they are marksmen who bring down enemies with a variety of rifles and bows. They are skilled killers and specialize in the tracking and annihilation of potential enemies. They benefit from the following skills and abilities:

a.       Tracking

b.      Taming the beast

c.       Dual wielding

Mages

Mages are the magical class of the WOW world using fire, frost and the arcane to defeat their enemies. Their skills and abilities are as follows:

a.       Elemental bolts

b.      Wide area effect

c.       Take on enemies powers

d.      Summon food and drink

e.       Travel across the world in an instant

Paladins

Paladins are guardians of the Alliance, they bless their friends and allies to prevent them from coming to harm. Their skills and abilities are as follows:

a.       Extreme stamina

b.      Resurrecting the dead

c.       Dual wielding

d.      Stun

e.       Destroy undead and demons

f.       Judge enemies with holy vengeance

g.      Designed to outlive enemies and opponents.

Priests

Priests are designed for preservation of life, their abilities are as follows:

c.       Shielding allies in battle

d.      Resurrecting the dead

e.       Power of shadow

f.       Power of Holy light

Rogues

Rogues are the sneaky, suspicious characters of the WOW world with a gypsy type appearance. Their skills and abilities are as follows:

c.       Craft poisons

d.      Pick locks in order to open doors and chests.

e.       Disarm traps

Shaman

Shaman are spiritual leaders within their tribes and slightly resemble a deranged witch doctor. They use spells and rituals to defeat their enemies, here are their skills and abilities:

b.      Resurrecting the dead

c.       Elemental bolts

d.      Totems

Warlocks

Warlocks are pretty demonic specializing mostly in the dark arts. Their skills and abilities are as follows;

a.       Plaguing enemies

b.      Hurling bolts

c.       Hurling shadow energy

d.      Summoning the dead and demons

e.       Protecting allies

f.       Summon other players

Warriors

Warriors are capable of withstanding huge attacks and are renowned for their durability, their skills and abilities are as follows:

a.       Protecting allies

b.      Increased stamina

c.       Cripple attacks

d.      Single blow attacks

e.       Enhancing players ability

f.       Multiple opponent success

Deathknight

The Deathknight’s are adversaries and no longer serve the Lich King. They are heavily armed and heavily protected. They are feared amongst the ranks.
