RuneScape Constitution Guide
In this guide I will show you exactly how to level up your Constitution to 99. No worries about low levels or anything.
First off I’d like to say greetings people! It’s nice to see that you’ve received my guide. All work and suggestions are of my make and I will find you if I find them somewhere else.
First off, you must have an account. Make one, then equip yourself with the best magic equipment you can find. Head north to Varrock and into the Wilderness. Keep going until you see a cave. You might want to refer to the map. It is called the Fist of Guthix. Go inside, and if you already know about this, go straight to the cave and start training magic. If you’re new to the game or just new to this place, talk to the big white worm thing and learn about the Fist of Guthix. Keep training magic until level 40. Congratulations! You can now cast most major free to play spells.
Now, you must go to the Grand Exchange (refer to the map for details if needed) and buy lots of arrows. Mine if you need quick cash. Now, get the best longbow you can wield and set the combat type to accurate. Train until level 50, if possible. Your Constitution should be around 60 already! Now, for the last step, buy the best weapons and armor you can buy and train on men and women until level 30 in all combat skills. Do Vampire Slayer if you haven’t already and go train on Hill Giants till those combat skills are level 40. Congratulations! You should now have about 80 Constitution and be able to deal major damage in each type of combat!

I\’m sorry, but there is absolutely no way 50 Ranged, 40 Magic and 30 in Combat stats will give you 80 Constitution.
I also said to level up the melee skills to 40, not just magic and ranged -.-
i have to admit it is prettty unbelievable that doing this will get your constitution to lvl 80
ummmm….. I have 79 Mage 51 range 63 str 66 def and 70 attack… I only have 66 constitution… therefore, ur guide sucks.
Jesus guys…back off, he was just trying to help people out, im 99 attk 93 def and 90 str, looking for any 99 hp suggestions and see you all acting like this…grow up and show some respect..

if you dotn belive me my RS name is toke tokee. and i didnt sw attack,i just trainigd it,that got me mad hp xp too at armorud or monkeys
im 75 strength, 73 attack, 70 defence, and 40 rng/mage and i have 73 hp, just saying. rs acc name= xXpkknightXx
u have to train mage attack spells to get constitution, not high alching stuff, lol
