RuneScape Merchanting Guide

Most Players who start flipping, are kinda confused about it. They don’t know how to start, and when they watch guides, they still Confused with the prices.

If you never heard about flipping, this guide can help you. In this guide i use the item ”Lobster”, You can flip with any item , but ”pking” items are the best (Most of the people buy them).

At the end of this topic you will see a short list of items that are good to flip.

ATTENTION

Starting flipping is a problem for most of the players.. The more cash you have, the more profit you can make. 2-5m is enough to start. You can buy from me 2m for $1:

- Step 1

If you have chosen your item, you have to double the market price. (normal price/medium price)
As you can see at the image under here, i choose lobsters, i doubled the market price.

- Step 2
if you bought the lobster for the ”high price”, you have to write this price down.

-Step 3
Sell the item, for 2x lower as the market price (Or sell it for 1gp, you will get the lowered price, not the 1gp)

-Step 4
Write down the price it sold: the”low price”.

Why i have to remember the ”Low price” and the ”high price” ?

Between the ”high price” and the ”low price”, you can find the profit PER ITEM.

For an example:

Profit = High Price - Low price

So

Profit per item = 99 - 96 = 3gp

BUT:

In the next steps you are going to learn that the profit isn’t exactly 3gp !

-Step 5

Put a buy offer in at 1gp above the ”low price” So: 96 (low price) +1 = 97

Call this the ”buy price”.

-Step 6

When you get some immediately put a sell offer up at 1gp below the High Price, and call this new price your Sell Price

Finaly, the profit i made in 2mins, not a great profit, but this was just an example:
