Requirements: Brass Key (Hill Giants only)
Location: Edgeville Resource Dungeon (with 20 dungeoneering), Evdgeville Dungeon, Varrock Sewer, Crandor, Asgarnian Ice Dungeon,
Items collected: Big Bones, Limpwurt Root, Coins, Herbs (m), various items
Money Rate: 20-180k/hr
Rating: 1.5~3.5/10
Pros: easy to kill, decent combat exp, safe spot for rangers, good money
Cons: Can be crowded

This has already been gone over from my Med Level guide, but here it is again if you haven’t read it:

Hill giants are probably one of the simplest and most common way to make money using combat in free-to-play. Although it may be very crowded at times, I highly recommend getting 20 Dungeoneering and killing giants inside the resource dungeon because there are quite a few giants in there as well as limpwurt root spawns, which you can pick up for extra profit. I highly recommend picking up the coins as well because they can stack up, and most people just leave them on the ground. Usually by the time you accumulate a full inventory of bones, you will also have picked up enough coins that amount to more than the price of a set one bones. (After all, you are selling the bones for coins anyways, so why not just pick some up while you’re at it J )

Moss Giants/Ice Giants: For moss and ice giants, you wouldn’t really be picking up and selling the bones because the bank would be way too far away for you to really make that much of a profit by selling them. If you choose to fight moss/ice giants, you should be at least 55 magic, so you can high alch drops from the giants. That would be your primary method of making money. You can choose to bury the bones for exp, leave them there, or pick them up. (although if you really want to sell the bones, you should kill hill giants instead)

Members: For members that want to collect big bones, you should kill jogres east of Castle Wars, and either bank at Castle Wars using a ring of dueling or bank at Yanille.

Fire Giants: For those that wish to kill fire giants, you will first need to finish the Waterfall quest. After completion of the quest, enter the dungeon near the waterfall (I won’t get into detail of how to enter in to the dungeon because this is a money making guide not a quest guide >:o ). I would recommend either ranging or using a halberd to kill the giants, as they can hit pretty high even on those with high defence. They are good droppers of gold charms (for those that want to level up their summoning). Drops worth picking up are: high leveled herbs, rune scimitar, fire battle staves (you should alch this), blood, law, fire runes, half keys, gems (only with a gem bag, if you don’t have one don’t bother picking up any gems, except diamond).

ab. Fist of Guthix
Requirements: Experience in Combat/ Fist of Guthix, Good Computer would be good
Location: Fist of Guthix
Items Collected: Druidic Robe Bottom/ Top
Money Rate: 30-80k/hr
Rating: 2.5/10
Pros: good combat exp,
Cons: Can be crowded, the amount of money you make will vary depending on how fast you complete the game, your opponent, and how skilled you are at fist of Guthix.

For those that are thinking about using this method, I recommend saving up your tokens for either druidic robe bottom or the top. There’s not much I can say because your opponent is random but here a few tips:
1. Bring all 3 types of combat (range, mage, melee) and a combat familiar if you’re a member, but I don’t recommend members playing on a member’s world because there are usually a lot of level 100+ players playing and they can potentially make it impossible for you to win a game.
2. Get 43+ prayer before playing because it really helps to keep you alive.
3. Learn how to hug around the rocks near the mid. They can prevent your opponent from using melee, so you can use protect from range and wear d hides should your opponent choose to mage you.
4. Your opponent usually spawns all the way across from where you spawn. Ex, if you spawn on the North Side, you opponent will most likely spawn on the South Side.
5. When you’re in the middle, right-click and continuously click “walk here” around the middle, which will make it harder for you opponent to spot you.
6. If your opponent is in the middle, set auto-cast to your highest combat spell, and right click “cast -”. With that selected, right-click into the crowd of people and try to single out your opponent. In doing this, you will be able to negate a lot of the useless options that you would normally get if you haven’t selected to cast a spell.

NOTE: I may not be the best FoG player out there but these tips should help you win most of your games.

ac. Zamorak Wine
Requirements: 31 Magic (highly recommended although higher leveled magic would be even better)
Location: Chaos Temple north of Falador
Items collected: Wine of Zamorak
Money Rate: 150k-300k/hr
Rating: 5/10
Pros: Very fast way of making money
Cons: Hard to find a free world, can be very monotonous and boring

Same as my Med Guide :)

Method 1: (Magic) I highly recommend using this method as it requires you to tele-grab the wines to avoid getting hit by the monks. All you need to do is equip an air staff and have some law runes in your inventory. With patience and timing, you can tele-grab around 200-300 wines an hour depending on how crowded the world is. I also recommend Falador teleports, which would require you to bring water runes (or with a tome of frost, will eliminate the need for water runes) to bank, which is must faster than walking to and fro. The extra time spent on walking would cost you about 1.5-3 wine spawns, which is more than what you’re spending on the teleport.
Also for those that want some extra magic exp while collecting the wines, you could a full armor set, with d hide vambraces (which will totally negate all combat spells) and cast curse spells on the monks. NOTE: prior to an unknown update, you were able to hug a monk adjacent to the table where the wine spawns. Unless you are confident with your defence ( recommend at least 70+ defence with rune armor and above), don’t do this unless you can use protect from melee prayer (requires 43 prayer).
You can also high alch (requires 55 magic) during the time that the wine takes to respawn. In order to maximize profits, try to alch something that costs your less than 70gp per alch.
Members: (although f2p can do this also, I wouldn’t recommend it) For those that want faster magic exp while doing this, you can do all three methods explained above. You’re going to need a mud staff (or for f2p an earth staff), body/soul runes, full armor set, d hide vambraces (any), fire, air, nature, law runes, items to alch. Here’s how it works. First tele-grab the zamorak wine. Then while you wait for it to respawn, cast a curse/stun spell on a monk. During the delay for your attack, cast a high alchemy spell on the item you’re alching. By the time you finish alching the item, you will be able to recast your curse/stun spell. Repeat this about 6-7 times, and the wine should respawn. This requires a lot of patience and timing on the clicks and with enough practice you can execute this technique flawlessly and maximize your magic exp.

Method 2: If you don’t have a high enough magic, and would still like to do this for money (although I don’t recommend doing this unless you have 31+ magic) you can kill all of the monks at the temple, and manually pick up the wine from the table. CAUTION: When attempt to pick up the wine, you will take some damage and your combat stats will be reduced. Rapid restore (19 prayer required) would be good to restore your combat stats faster, and stat boosting prayers such as Ultimate Strength (31 prayer) to kill the monks would be beneficial as there is an alter there to recharge you prayer. (Members: Members should bring a restore potion as they are less and 100 gp, and would instantly restore your stats, without having to wait)

ad. Ankous (Stronghold of Security)
Requirements: Stronghold of Security (Level 4) (weapons, armor, food recommended) Pures attempting this should only attempt this with range.
Location: Stronghold of Security Level 4
Items collected: Law Runes (2), pure essence (15), adamant arrows (5-14), coins, mithril ore (noted 3-7) herbs (m), Blood/Death Runes (m), clue scroll (hard) (m)
Money Rate: 10-80k/hr
Rating: 1~2.5/10
Pros: Good combat exp
Cons: they usually hit pretty high and accurately.

I would not recommend using this method to make money in f2p, but its still an okay way to make money while gaining a decent amount of combat exp. All you do is kill and collect items, nothing much more to say.

Members: I recommend killing ankou using melee with a salve amulet (requires completion of Haunted Mine Quest) or salve amulet (e) (requires completion of Tarn’s Lair Mini-Quest).

ae. Cockroach Soilders
Requirements: Completion of Stronghold of Player Safety
Location: Stronghold of Player Safety
Items Collected: Rune Scimitar, Rune Sq Shield, Law/Death Runes, adamant ore (1), mithril ore (3),  coins, Clue Scroll (medium) (m)
Money Rate: 30k-100k/hr
Rating: 2/10
Pros: Decent money
Cons: Can be hard to kill because of cockroaches high defence.

Method 1- Melee (solo): If you’re going solo and are planning on using melee, you should have 60+ attack, strength, and defence. Equip full rune, and rune sword or gravite rapier, as they are weak against stab attacks. If you have 80+ attack, a rune scimitar would also be sufficient enough to kill them.

Method 2: Melee (group): If you’re going as a group, every one should melee. Turn lootshare/coinshare on and just kill.

Method 3: Ranged (solo) If you’re going solo and are planning on using range, you should have 70+ ranged and defence. Equip full d hides, d hide coif, maple short bow or longbow (sighted) and kill. For those with lower defence and 80+ ranged, you can choose to equip range tank gear, which is replaces your head and leg gear with rune full helm/rune platelegs/skirt.

Method 4: Ranged (group): See method 2, except this time everyone should be ranging.

ba. Herbs
Requirements: None (Druidic Ritual recommended)
Location: Edgeville Wilderness Resource Dungeon (recommended, requires 10 dungeoneering), Edgeville Wilderness Dungeon  Edgeville, Taverly Dungeon, Stronghold of Security, North-West Ardounge
Items Collected: Herbs, other items that I mention, depending on the method.
Money Rate: 30k-200k/hr
Rating: 4/10
Pros: good money and exp
Cons: Very crowded at times, risk of getting “pked” (Edgeville Dungeon)

Note: This method has already been explained in my LOW LEVELS and MED LEVELS guide, but I truly believe that this method can be used by anyone of any levels to make decent amounts of money. However this is more geared towards the Medium-High Leveled players with the use of Method 3: killing flesh crawlers.

Method 1-Chaos Druids: Simply kill chaos Druids at Edgeville Resource Wilderness Dungeon and pick up the herbs. There are also Marrentill, irit, harralander and ranarr spawns. I highly recommend picking up these herbs only: irit, ranarr, dwarf weed, lantadyme, kwaurm, candatine (depending on the price: harralander). Other items that I recommend picking up are: mithril bolts, law runes. For this method, bring stuff that you are willing to lose.

Method 2- Men: Simply kill men at Edgeville (as mentioned before). They are common droppers of all the herbs. This time however, pick up all of the herbs because the bank is very close by.

Method 3- Flesh Crawlers: (Med-High Combat recommended). Same as before, but you will need some combat experience before attempting this. Other items to collect are: iron ores (noted), fire runes (40), gems (ruby/diamond or all with gem bag), dust runes, half keys

bb. Slayer
Requirements: None
Location: Varies
Items Collected: Varies
Money Rate: Varies
Rating: 4/10
Pros: Can train multiple skills at a time (combat, slayer, summoning [when you collect charms after slaying monsters])
Cons: Money varies, some monsters may be difficult for lower levels

This has already been mentioned a lot before, but I since you are med-high level, you can make more money by using slayer if your slayer is 55+.

Not much I can say, all you do is get a task from a slayer master and do the assignment. The main money-maker would be possible herb drops from slayer monsters, clue scrolls, gems, and other misc items.

bc. Clue Scrolls (Hard)
Requirements: Varies
Location: Varies
Items Collected: Varies
Money Rate: Varies (~10k/hr-150m/hr [depending on your luck, and how often the clue drops .... and you never know, you may get some 3rd age armor J])
Rating: 6.5/10
Pros: Depending on how lucky you are, you can make a lot of money, can be done in conjunction with other money making methods (herbs, bones, slayer)
Cons: Clue scrolls drop randomly, rewards are random, some quests/requirements may have to be done in order to finish clue,

Method 1-Greater Demons, Jellies (requires 50+ slayer), Ankou, Cyclopes,  (Requires entry into Warrior‘s guild and with tokens), dragons (chromatic/metal): If you’re going to try to make money by doing high leveled clue scrolls, I would recommend killing these monsters, although there are tons or other monsters that drop hard clue scrolls. I’ve had most of my luck with these monsters.
Method 2- Slayer: I highly recommend doing slayer to obtain your clue scrolls because clue scrolls are dropped randomly and it would be better to get some slayer experience doing you task than to aimlessly kill monsters in hopes to get a clue scroll, only to find that you get a crappy drop (unless you’re killing dragons, then you an aimlessly kill as many dragons as you want J for clue scrolls

*There are a lot of other clue scroll droppers, but I highly recommend using only these two methods for getting clue scrolls.

bd. Dragon Bones/Hides
Requirements: Anti-dragon fire shield (highly recommended), armor and food and beast of burden familiar recommended. Pures: 70+ ranged and 43+ prayer highly recommended.
Location: Wilderness, Taverley Resource Dungeon ( Requires 60 Dungeoneering) Taverley Dungeon
Items Collected: Dragon Bones, Dragonhide (any), clue scroll (hard)
Money Rate: 150k-500k/hr
Rating: 6/10
Pros: One of the best ways to make money using combat
Cons: bank is somewhat far away, multi- combat area in some areas, Wilderness can be very dangerous, dragons can be dangerous as well.

Method 1- Green Dragons: Green Dragons are only found in the Wilderness. You should only bring 3 items (rune plate/legs and weapon), food, and teleports. Try your best not to get skulled. A popular place to kill green dragons is in the level 18-22 Wilderness northeast of Varrock, past the hill giants, east of where Clan Wars used to be. Another location is northwest of Edgeville in the level 13-17 Wilderness. Its simple, all you do is kill and collect bones and hides. Try not to get “skulled” and if you see pkers, you should just teleport or log out and play it safe.

Method 2- Blue Dragons: I highly recommend killing blue dragons if you meet one of the following requirements: 70 agility (65 with summer pie or 68 with terror bird’s tireless run scroll), 60 dungeoneering, completion of Hero’s Quest and Dwarf Cannon Quest( and with a cannon), 43+ prayer. For those that don’t have 70 agility, you can always use a dusty key to enter the Taverley Dungeon gate, or kill blue dragons at the dungeon under the Hero’s Guild. This method is geared more towards those with 70 agility, 60 dungeoneering, 43+ prayer, and with a cannon (Pures can also do this method). You should have a house with an altar (40 construction required) at Taverley. Depending on your prayer, equip yourself with prayer boosting gear and with either a stab weapon or ranged. Bring your cannon with you along with some cannon balls. In your ring slot, you can either choose to wear a ring of kingship or ring of dueling. From the house portal, start by running south until you get to the ladder taking you down to the dungeon. Once inside, squeeze through the pipe and enter the resource dungeon. Run south east into the clearing with about 3 dragons there. Set-up your cannon, turn protect from melee on , kill, and collect bones and hides. Once you have a full inventory, use your ring to teleport you to either Daemonheim or Castle Wars. Bank, and teleport to your house. Recharge your prayer and repeat. If done correctly, and effectively, you can obtain a full inventory in about 3-5 minutes.

Method 3-Red Dragons: Don’t even bother…. Red dragons are horrible for making money, I won’t even bother making a guide on killing these, they’re just not worth it. If you really want to kill red dragons, look for a different guide.

Method 4- Black Dragons: I would not recommend this to med-high leveled players. It is more reserved for high leveled players as they can very tough to kill as well as being very dangerous.

be. Unicorn/ Black Unicorn
Requirements: None, although combat experience and wilderness familiarity would be very useful if you’re going to kill black unicorns.
Location: Level 15-27 wilderness (Straight north of Edgeville), South of Edgeville, South-east of Varrock, West of Catherby
Items Collected: Unicorn Horn
Money Rate: 40k-200k/hr
Rating 2~4/10 (depending on which unicorn you decide to kill)
Pros: Fast and easy money
Cons: only 2 unicorns per location outside of the wilderness, The Wilderness itself

Method 1- Unicorns: Not much to say, I recommend the spot South of Edgeville, if you choose this method because its close to the bank. Just kill collect, bank, and sell for profit.

Method 2-Black Unicorns: This requires more experience with combat as you will be killing unicorns in the Wilderness CAUTION: Only bring items into the wilderness that you are willing to lose because anything can happen in the wild. I recommend bringing 2 pieces of armor, food (preferably food that heals 90+ LP, but no need to bring sharks), a weapon, teleport runes or tablet and possibly a combat or beast of burden familiar, as it will be multi-combat. Here’s how to get there, (For players new to the Wilderness, I recommend banking everything and exploring the wilderness in a low populated world to try to get a feel for it before doing this) start from Edgeville, and make yourself North. Go past the Zamorak mage, and past the grizzly bears, near the bronze arrow spawns. After the pass the bears, you’re only a short walk away from the unicorns. Black unicorns are more difficult to kill than regular unicorns (because they’re evil (:< ), and it is multi- combat; however there is a lot more of them than regular unicorns, which cuts down on having to wait for the unicorns to respawn. After you get a full inventory load, walk/run back to edgeville, bank and repeat. NOTE: if you see Pkers, I suggest you play it safe and either log out and go to a different world, or teleport if they attack, because its better to keep what you have than to die and lose the horns you collected so far.

bf. Dagganoths
Requirements: Completion of Horror From the Deep Quest, high defence, cannon and combat/healing familiar recommended.
Location: Light House
Items Collected: Herb seeds, Clue Scroll (medium)
Money Rate: 10-230k/hr
Rating: 1/10
Pros: can make a lot of money
Cons: may lose money when using cannon, multi-combat

I would not recommend using this method to make money because it is not a reliable source of income. Nonetheless, I will tell you how to kill them efficiently. Only do this if you have dagganoths as a slayer task, if not just kill them regularly for their drops.
Equip your best defensive armor, bring some food, your cannon with cannonballs, a combat/healing familiar (bunyip would be very good here since daggonoths sometimes drop raw fish, which you can then use a swallow whole scroll to heal from the raw fish or convert it into water runes). Once you get into the light house, run into the middle, set up your cannon, and just kill… NOTE: keep an eye out for herb seeds because of the size of seeds, they can be quite hard to spot on the ground, and you don’t want to spend more money on cannonballs than you get from picking up the seeds.

bg. Snakes
Requirements: Completion of Cabin Fever; Anti-poisons or holy symbol w/ prayer book, or Anti poison totem (requires 60 defence and dungeoneering)
Location: Mos Le’Harmless
Items Collected: Snake Hide
Money Rate: 100-200k/hr
Rating: 4/10
Pros: good money
Cons: need quest completion before this can be done, snakes are poisonous

NOTE: Anti-poisons are a must!!! Unless you have a holy symbol with a prayer book or anti poison totem from dungeoneering.
There are 3 snakes relatively close to one another near the Trouble Brewing activity. All you need to do is kill and collect their hides. There is a bank deposit near the Trouble Brewing activity in which you can use to deposit your hides.

I know this guide is incomplete, and I can feel its “unfinishedness” If you have any suggestions/corrections please comment and I’ll try by best to revise this guide for you guys! Thanks and enjoy your money making :)
