Sims 2 Cheats

for all expansions.

I have been collecting a list of cheats from anyways possible. Friends, Family, Email, Internet, and any other way possible short of making an attempted guess myself. These cheats are all user friendly. I have arranged them in no order so bear with me. I also have thrown in a use for them. Feel free to use this as needed. All of these cheat codes are accessed by pressing ctrl+shift+’c’ and then typing them in the box.

Cheat – Use

kaching – adds 1000 simoleans

motherlode – adds 50,000 simoleans

moveobjects on – allows you to move objects around you could not have moved before. ie: people.

aging on – turns aging on

aging off – You won’t grow up

clear – clears the cheat window but doesn’t stop the cheats you used

exit – closes the cheats box

boolProp testingcheatsenabled true – BE CAREFUL WITH THIS. shift+click on character to do things. This can screw up your game, so be careful.

boolProp snapObjectsToGrid true – Makes it so you can place objects outside of the grid. replace with false to turn it off

boolProp displayNeighborhoodWater false – removes water from neighborhood views. set to true to see it again

boolProp carsCompact true – adds more detail to cars in neighborhood view

familyfunds (last name) XXXX – okay, this one is tough. theres no space between family and funds. remove the parenthesis or the () and type in the last name of the family instead of ‘last name’ then put in the amount of money for XXXX. remember, this doesn’t add that much money to the family, but when buying a house, they will have that much money alotted to do it.

gameVersion – displays the version in the box.

unlockcareerrewards – unlocks all the career rewards that can be found on the menu with your sims inventory.

deleteAllCharacters – THIS ONLY WORKS IN NEIGHBORHOOD VIEW. removes all sims from that neighborhood.

nosound – disables the sound

Remember to always be careful when using these cheats. If you choose to use boolProp testingcheatsenabled true, then be sure to never click on *force error, This will cause the game to crash. I know I am missing some and I will update this from now on, I will try to update it every week, so check back and tell your friends about it because I like the popularity.
