Test Drive Unlimited

When you first look at Test Drive Unlimited, you’d probably think “Just another racing game.” But it’s not just a racing game, it’s a driving game. Yes you take part in races and challenges to earn money to buy new cars and houses, but a lot of the time you’ll just want to set off on the open road and drive. Test Drive Unlimited is set on the Hawaiian island of Oahu, and you have the entire 1000 sqaure miles of road to drive about on. With over 90 liscenced cars (including models from Ferrari, Lamborghini, Mercedes and many more) you’ll be doing a lot of driving. The single player missions in TDU are great. There are 4 different types of missions: Race, Time Trial, Speed and Others (such as hitch-hikers and delivering cars). After completing each of these missions you earn a little cash. You use the money you earn to buy more cars and houses to store your cars. As you progress in the game, more difficult missions with a higher payout become available allowing you to buy super cars and million-dollar houses. In My opinion, the best overall quality of this game is free roaming, me and a friend does a race from one side of the map to the other and we just go slow and steady, driving as normal people, not just going 300mph down a road, theres loads of fun you can find in this game!
