Why do we need it?

Sports it involves exercise of the body which helps us to become stronger. The more we exercise the stronger we become to resist sickness that can take our live. Any sport no mater how unpopular can be used. We can play chess, indoor games where we can exercise the mind. We also gain our confidence level even though we may not excel in it. 

Sports help  us to make more friends and help one to utilize time wisely. Even in society this person is looked up and becomes an idle hero where youngster want to follow his footstep. Later this person who excels in any sport can get scholarship and other benefits which helps him to finish his studies

This kind of person is always on the move and seldom finds time to feel miserable or go through any depression. One is more careful of the body’s health and so good food rest is taken care of .

Our minds are always active as we do our every day to day activities this can make us tired and stressed. To balance this we take to a sport where the body helps the mind to relax. Try even walking everyday it may make you a marathon runner who can raise money for various causes.
