Five Flaws in Ea Sports Cricket Game
The best gaming company………but still have many loopholes which anyone can easily exploit to reach at the top……..check out those loopholes.
The best computer based cricket games are made by the company “EA Sports”. I tried the games of various other companies but couldn’t find satisfaction unless and until I came across its 2007 version of cricket game.
However, the game is one of the best but still I feel that they lack several features which could have been easily added. Those features, which are lacking, are as follows:
- Firstly, when I came across this game I was shocked to find out that the statistics of a player can not be saved at the end of the game. This reduces the enjoyment to nearly half especially when some great record is made.
- Secondly, the names of many players are not correct. As a result, the users themselves have to correct the name of the players which is a very painful job. However, once the change is made it can be saved. But, then such efforts could be easily avoided, if the game already comes with correct player names.
- Also, many latest players were not included in the game while several outdated players are still found.
- While, creating new players, one has no option to make a new commentary name. The person has to select from the already given commentary names.
- Finally, the graphics are not very good.
Although, the game is very good as compared to its previous versions, it could become better by solving the above mentioned problems.
However, the newer version of the game is out in the market, I haven’t tried it out, so don’t know if the latest game had plugged any of the above problems. But, I hope that it should have solved all the problems.

its very easy to comment!!! but its hard to do so. in ea sports cricket 2007 game u will find the names of england,australia and newzeland cricketers names correctly spelt while the other country players are not spelt correctly the reason is they need to get permission from the cricket board to use the correct names.
without knowing dont try to comment everything. dont they know that its painful to edit everything?

ifirst of all i wud like to thank you for giving ur comments….secondly i wud like to tell u that i’m not saying tht their game bad…i had already mentioned tht the games by ea sports are the best….its just that if they plug these minor defaults then they wud be unbeatable.
i also tht for writing correct names u need permission from different boards.but, then before launching they shud have taken the permission….since we pay for the game i believe that we hv the right to comment on the game.
this comment is not to degrade the name of company but rather a method to improve them in their product.
to open a saved game:
- click on my cricket in main menu
- click on load/save game
- click on load
- select: profile to open ur saved profile
tournament to open saved tournament
rooster to open saved player
match to open saved game.
when we set the controller in manul mode then we can play all the different -2 shots.But when we play in auto mode then batsman play many sots wrong like ‘we can not play paddel sweep shot in auto mode’.
well!! i like te game soo much , u can try the patches at planet cricket website for name chaging and updatin the player, there are many patches available and u can do alot of modification in game with those patches, like adding new bats, player faces etc…..
Hi there can any one here brief it out how 2 players can play at same time like one is bowling and other one bats ( on PC ).
i used 2 keyboards so to see whether it works but till now couldnt figured out, can any one help me out.

If u want to get the batsman out by getting him bowled then the simplest and the most effective way is to bowl over the wicket and pitch the bowl marginally ahead of the batsman. This way you can get the batsman out. however the success rate will depend upon:
-> quality of batsman and bowler.
high quality of bowler and poor quality batsman give best results.
-> how accurately u pitch the bowl.
-> speed of bowl
Try to pack the leg side so as to prevent singles and fours. since, if any mistake done then batsman will hit you for four and six.
u all are idiots……………just commenting on the game…………………ea sports was best…….is best……will remain best……………………plz do not download unofficial patches for this original game………..

Can u pls help me. After creating a player, I add him to my desired roster and then save the profile in my cricket.When I quit the game and start it again, I can’t find my player. can u pls help me out?

Whatever u r doing is right. it just that once you restart the game make sure that u load the desired profile and roster for the player u have created.

i downloaded cricket 2008 from torrent….the game is working fine but the problem is i cant play a cover drive shot and i am so sad about it and the game paly is turning out to be a big boredom as the cover drive shot is not ON….so what am i suppose to do???Other than classic batting style is there anyother batting style cuz in the game which i had downloaded only classic batting style is enabled….please help me!!!!Is there a patch for it and can rectify the fault!!!!pls reply!
