Good Training Week
Conduct well planned training week. Increasing your player fitness, individual and tactical skills in Total Club Manager 2005.
When you managing big club with high cash balance you can buy a lot of good and expensive players. But are you sure that they will play well on the field? I dont. Without improving their skills, their physical fitness and tactical abilities, you will be beaten soon.
There a lot of club with high playing level that exhausted in second period of the match. There are also groups of players that run continously in 90 minutes without any result. Only team with good fitness level, good individual abilities and perfect tactical play will become a true champion. This kind of team cannot be bought, you should create them. Some of Total club manager players ignore the importance of training session. Sometimes you just select the long term training plan and hoping that it will works well.
Our main objective in this article is how to make good custom training week and create a team that has good fitness level,individual and tactical abilities. Our disscussion divided into three area: characteristics of training sessions, Training frequency, implementation.
Characteristics of training sessions
There are three main characteristics of training session in Total Club Manager 2005. Fitness training, indivdual skills, and team tactic. Some of individual and tactic training also affect players fitness. So i will divide both individual and tactic training in two, session with fitness effect and training without fitness effect. All training sessions will be listed below.

Individual skill without fitness effect : Tackling, dribbling, shot, headers, individual skills.
Tactic training with fitness effect:

Tactic training without fitness effect : crossing, contain, build up play, off-side trap.
Training Frequency
To increase and maintain your player fitness, skills and tactics there are minimum training frequency that shuld be fulfiled. These frequencies are very difficult to be fulfiled if you have only one training group. When you have three training group which divided into attack, midfield and defense you can focus your training sessions for each group.
Most important skill and training sessions for attack group: Penalties, dribbling, shot, headers, individual skills, corner, free kick, counter attack, and short passing.
Most important skill and training sessions for midfield group: Technique, dribbling, shot, crossing, build up play, free kick counter attack, pressing, short and long passing.
Most important skill and training sessions for defense group: Tackling, headers, corner, free kick, pressing, contain, off-side trap, and long passing.
All tactic session for each group should be conducted at least three times in a month. Less than three time a month their tactical abilities will decrease. Individual skills training should be focused on the worse skills of your players. Example, you have 4 attackers their average point of shoting, dribbling and heading abilities are: 65, 70, and 60. Their worse skill is heading. So you must conduct headers session for them at least three times in a month. Update your focus for each group once a month.
Eliminate all negative fitness effect from individual and tactic training with fitness base training. Example: technique training has negative fitness effect of -2. Eleminate this effect by conducting jogging training which has positive effect of +2. To maintain your players fitness level the total of fitness effect in one week should be grater than zero.
All fitness base training will deacrease the energy level of your player faster than other training. If you conduct fitness base training session make sure to conduct warming down at the evening. also conduct warming down before and after a match . Warming down will preserve your players energy.
Implementation
Below i will give you an exmple of training week for attack group.

| Friday : | Headers, training match (+1), warm down. |

On sunday, after the match and on friday before the macth warming down conducted. After conduct fitness base training on monday (short sprints) and on Thursday (penance) warming down conducted. Total of fitness effect is +3 (greater than zero)
