Top 10 Xbox 360 Games of The Year

After watching this years E3 gaming event, I’ve realized that most game developers are pulling out all the stops to make there game the top seller this year, just like Bungie did in 2007 with Halo 3 and Rockstar Games did with Grand Theft Auto IV in 2008. So who will it be this year to make the record sales with there game.

10. Fight Night Round 4

With EA’s new addition to there franchise, they made some great improvements to the Fight Night series. The career mode is much better in many different ways. There are more training methods to gain stats in different area. The training mini games are also much more difficult which gives the player more of a challenge. The online play is also much better. They have made it where there are tournaments to gain the belt in your weight class. Although there were improvements, it is still not good enough to get the number one spot.

9. Brutal Legend

Of course this game would star one half of the rock group Tenacious D. I’m speaking of Jack Black of course. Seriously this guy can even make a video game into a comedy. Between the Sexy Nuns and all the other Heavy Metal creatures, this game couldn’t have gotten any more imaginative. Cu dos to you Jack Black

8.Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Conviction

With this being one of the Splinter Cell series, we can expect that we get to play as the stealthy Sam Fisher. In this new addition though you don’t hide in the shadows like you use to. Now you get to hide right out in the open and stalk your enemies. Stealth is always fun but you gotta have some action in it too, which is why this game is in the top 10.

7.Prototype

I’m not going to lie. This game was pretty kick ass. Between the free roam and the super human abilities, no one can stop Alex Mercer. The only real downfall to this game is they couldn’t figure out how to make a online multiplayer setting.

6.BioShock 2: Sea of Dreams

After the first BioShock i don’t think there will be any problems getting sales from this game. It has the same scary feel to it as the first one did and I’m betting it has just as good of a storyline too.

5.Resident Evil 5

Wesker’s back. After all he put Chris through and he’s still not dead. Capcom put a whole new spin on the game by making the zombies nastier than ever. Just this time they still have somewhat of a brain left and they’re somewhat organized. The boss fights where pretty insane too. The button mashing got a little old though.

4.Assassins Creed 2

This game will be just like the first one just tons better. In this game you are in the Italy Renaissance era. During this time you get better weapons and better skill to fight off your opponents. Assassins Creed 2 should be a top seller.

3.Final Fantasy XIII

Whats a top 10 list without the new Final Fantasy game. With this long series you are given a new set of heroes to save the world. The gameplay should be alot like Final Fantasy XII but with some upgrade. and don’t forget about all the cool ships and what not.

2.Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2

Infinity Ward really know how to keep a series going. There pretty much like the Patriots were before they lost the Superbowl to the Giants. With this new addition to the series you will see all the modern weapons that our military would use today. and let me tell you that stuff will kill you fast. You can’t forget about the multiplayer either. Call of Duty has one of the best multiplayers out there

1.Halo 3: ODST

Although this isn’t the same halo that we are use to seeing, its still a halo game. Here you play as a ODST or Orbital Drop Shock Trooper. You get to choose how you play the game (pretty much you get to choose what levels you want to do in the order you want to do them). You also don’t have super human strength like the Master Chief does so you have to be a little bit more stealthy than you did in the other games. Through and through this is probably the best game of the year. Congratulations Bungie, you did it again
