Top Video Game Villain’s of All Time

Whether its jumping on monsters heads and turning them into coins or trying to reach the top of Dracula’s castle, there’s one thing all great games have in common and thats a great and memorable villain. Here i have compiled a list of the 10 greatest video game villains of all time. Enjoy!

Wario (Mario franchise)

You have to love Wario he’s so rude and greedy he’s the perfect anti mario character, who has also inspired several of his own spin-off games. In no way is Wario the most intelligent villain but his antics and greed make him somebody mario needs to watch out for.

Mewtwo -Poke’Mon (Red,Blue.Yellow)

So maybe Mewtwo was never a villain but you remember traveling through the dungeon after you beat the elite four to find the legendary Poke’Mon. Mewtwo was no slacker either with a level of 70 making him a welcome addition to any Poke Masters collection.

Zoma(Dragon Warrior 3)

Just when you beat Baramos and you think the games over surprise he was working for Zoma and your quest begins again. The fact that you think Baramos is the strongest demon in the world then you find out Zoma is the puppet master all along.

Lu Bu(Dynasty Warriors serious)

What type of man would murder there own adoptive father for money and power? Lu Bu of course the brutal warrior from the Dynasty serious is as evil as they come equipped with his halberd time and time again Lu Bu proofs he is a force to be reckoned with.

Seymour(Final Fantasy 10)

As if it wasn’t bad enough that sin is floating around in the sky you have this mad man trying to control Spira. His background and sinister plot make him almost as dangerous as Sin himself.

Sweet Tooth(Twisted Metal Serious)

Who made you more afraid of clowns when you were younger then the savage Sweet Tooth the man who dethroned Calypso from his twisted tournament only to make it more psychotic and brutal. This is one serial killing clown you do not ever want to laugh at.

M.Bison(Street Fighter series) 

The head of the evil Shadoloo organization. Little is known about his intent except for his lust for power. His 1st appearance was as the last enemy in Street Fighter II, and since has appeared in almost every title in attempt to achieve his mysteries goal.

Zeik (Wild Arms)

Long lost to the pages of video game history the devious Zeikfried the self proclaimed leader of the Metal-Demons killing his own “Mother” because her plans of complete annihilation don’t go along with his plan of domination.        

Sephiroth(Final Fantasy VII)

Of Course he needed to be on this list somewhere the dark villain from Final Fantasy 7 will have u ready to bring him to justice the first time you meet him. With his mysterious connection to Cloud make him that more intriguing i don’t want to give away to much if you never played this incredible game but one thing is sure you have to search far and wide to find a villain as sinister as Sephiroth.

Dracula (Castlevania series)

Thats right who is a better villain then one who can never be beat. In the Castlevania series Dracula is resurrected every so many years forcing someone of the Belmont bloodline to put him to rest. Every fight with Dracula usually consists of fighting him in his human form and then again when he undergoes his transformation, just to have him come back in another 100 years to challenge the descendant’s of the hero’s that seal him away. Will Dracula ever be beaten? It isn’t looking that way giving Dracula a spot as the #1 video game villain of all time.
