Video and Online Games

Hi everyone, My name is Jack.  This article will be reviewing different games such as from the PS3 and XBOX systems and some MMOG games.  I will be rating each game out of 5.

Console Games

1.  Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare 5/5 –  I rated this game 5/5 for several reasons.  This game, developed by Infinity Ward, is a first-person shooter success.  Call of duty 4 features an authentic single player campaign and massive multiplayer creativity.  The single player campaign is basically when you track down and hunt terrorists with modern warfare guns like M16, M21, MP5… The online can go up to 18 players with many game modes like team deathmatch, sabotage, etc…  I recommend this game for PS3 and XBOX and for anyone who loves war games first-person.

2.  Call of Duty: World at War 4.5/5 – This game developed by Treyarch is the sequel to call of duty 4 (not really sequel).  This takes place in World war 2 with the russian vs. germany and japan against the US.  The single player campaign is spectacular!  With massive battles and new weapons such as the flamethrower and cocktail, this game takes the breathe out of other world war 2 games.  The online features new Nazi Zombies, up to 4 people online and offline.  Basically, you have inifinite rounds to massacre hordes of nazi zombies coming your way, once all players die you lose.  The online is basically the same, but he reason this game is 4.5 is because the maps are not as good.  Less glitches, and not really many good sniping maps but Cliffside.  The map back has extra maps that only 1 is really good. For PS3, XBOX and Wii.  

3. Resistance 2  4/5 – This game is basically one of those save mankind against creature games.  You are basically a lietenant i think and have to save mankind against a deadly virus making humans into some zombie creature that shoots lol.  It is a very wierd story but very graphic and awesome campaign that is also sad.  The online is MASSIVE with up to around 60 players.  The reason it is only 4 is that it is kind of hard to beat and takes some time to learn the online version.  PS3 only!

4. Battlefield: Bad Company 4/5 – Awesome multiplayer, bad campaign.  Enough said but get the game.

5. Mercenaries 2: 1/5  -NEVER get this game it sucks.  Stopped after 20 minutes.

MMOG

1. Runescape 5/5 – massive online game where you create your own character, fight other players kill monsters, get rich and gets very addicted after a while.  I suggest this game to only ages 10+.  Dont waste your life playing it in college though.

2. World of Warcraft 1/5- I should not even rate this.  For nerds who have no life and play this 24/7 in college. Sorry for my bad language but it really is boring and sucks.  Hence the rating.
