With thousands of gamers consuming and people choosing to buy Guitar Hero and Rock Band games as well as others telling you to buy a certain game it may all get very confusing as to which one is fit just for you. In this article I explain the styles of each game, and hopefully help you in your buying decision. For sizes sake I’m going to have to strictly talk about the games on consoles (sorry handheld fans).

To start, let me list each game in the order they were released, the oldest being first and the latest being last, and let me describe each game and the quality of it as well as the style of the songs on it.
