A look back at the best selling cheat cartridge for the Nintendo Entertainment System.
Back in the day I had the Nintendo Entertainment System or “NES” for short. Its was such an amazing console at its peak time, and still lives on to this day, with the mascot Mario still in games with us today.
Now this Cheat Cartridge device was a brilliant piece of kit. You put the device into the Nes along with the game of your choice into the top of the heat cartridge. Then a many comes up where you input a cheat code. these codes randomly generate an effect in the game, For example you could have infinite lives, then again you could get a code where it makes you start with only 1 life aka Super Mario.
No doubt, its a cheaters paradise!
